From the moment I booked the Airbnb to meeting her at the apartment any issue... read more we had she was there any information I needed she was there to our last day when she came to say goodbye. She truly is a gem and her apartment was wonderful and perfect for the two of us and what we needed The proximity to all of the places that we had wanted to go since this was our second time was perfect. The bus stop literally was right out front of her apartment. We chose the bus rather than the metro and never had a problem. Thank you so much for Breia. I feel like I’ve made a lifelong friend and will definitely be Back.

The apartment is conveniently located a stone’s throw from Metro and is filled with historic landmarks easily accessible on foot. Fabrizia and Antonio took their time in providing us with public transport options , wonderful eating out recommendations, shopping and tourist information… nothing was too much trouble … and they went the extra mile to make our stay memorable, happy, fulfilled, comfortable and wanting to return. We cannot recommend these hosts highly enough .. we leave a little piece of our heart in Rome thanks in part to them and their hospitality. Grazie Mille ….

The flat was just outside the historic centre, which was perfect as the transport was super easy and we were able to have quieter evenings away from the extremely busy centre. We were given plenty of varied dinner recommendations by Fabrizia and Antonio and could find them all easily on foot.Once again - a definite five stars!

  Fabrizia’s place is as advertised. Clean, great neighborhood, fantastic host. Felt right at home with goodies after an overnight 8 hr. plane ride. It’s wonderful and would highly recommend.

Da wir lange vor... read more dem Check in schon vor Ort waren, durften wir unser Gepäck beim Portier abgeben und erstmal frühstücken gehen. Als die Wohnung fertig geputzt war, bekamen wir von Fabrizia eine Nachricht, dass die Wohnung fertig ist. Unsere Koffer wurden schon von Fabrizia und Antonio in die Wohnung gebracht. Ein Service, den wir nicht erwartet hätten. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, klimatisiert u. sehr sauber. Die Bushaltestelle und die Metro befinden sich fußläufig keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Schon nach ein paar Stationen ist man direkt im Zentrum. Ein Supermarkt und eine Trattoria mit hausgemachten Nudeln befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Fabrizia hat den Transfer vom u.zum Flughafen organisiert, der super geklappt hat. Perfekt. Fazit: Wohnung und Gastgeber 5 Sterne+ Grazie mille

She also let us know the current events in Rome, such as the train/ bus strikes, that were happening on our check out date. Had she not let us know about it prior, we would’ve had an awful travel day so we are eternally grateful to Fabrizia!

Apartment is very clean with all mod cons, including air con, coffee machine, microwave etc. the local recommendations were great, we went to the local restaurants and had the best pizza in Italy! The restaurant Trattoria Pizzeria Da Simonetta, was only 1 min away and pizza was only 9 euros

Fabrizia is a great host - we were met at check-in and given all instructions and lots of local recommendations. The apartment is a great space - it is a typical-sized 1-bed condominium for a city like Rome with the amenities we needed. Most of our time was spent out and about exploring the city but the apartment was well-apportioned and comfortable for the time we did spend there - for breakfast on the terrace, an afternoon (nap!) before aperitivo and relaxing before bed. The apartment was clean, the air-con worked well and the mattress was soft but firm (it’s a hybrid type like Simba/Emma etc). We highly recommend nearby Rivareno Gelato, the best gelato we had in Rome. Gelateria Fassi is also something of an institution. Enjoy!

She also provided many recommendations for dining, drinks and shopping in the neighborhood which were helpful when we wanted something close by. We ended up purchasing a transit pass as the location is a bit far for walking to get to the main sights and attractions, but being super close to the Metro and bus stops made it very easy.The unit was exactly as described and well maintained. The air conditioning kept us very cool after being out in 35 degree heat. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend Fabrizia’s home to anyone spending time in Rome.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice.Fabrizia is easily the most thoughtful and communicative host we’ve had on Airbnb! She heard that it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make us feel special, even allowing us to keep our bags past checkout to be able to see one final destination in the city square.
